During his years at Sunland, he delivered the civil components of every one of the company’s Gold Coast residential developments for a 9 year period; and followed this with a further 8 years as Development Manager of every Land, House & Land and Townhome project in their portfolio.
Most recently, his detailed approach in managing a politically and environmentally sensitive residential project on the Gold Coast, helped protect the long term interests of the developer.
Founded on his comprehensive civil engineering experience, Kevin’s Development Management skill set in bringing a project from concept to completion, is likely without peer. Across a broad spectrum of project tasks from site feasibility and development options to construction management and local authority approvals, his calm and considered approach has delivered a folio of exceptional outcomes for a host of high profile private and public companies.
Kevin’s leadership has also seen projects under his management rewarded with significant property industry awards, including the prestigious “Best Residential Subdivision” at the 2020 UDIA National Awards for Excellence, for Arundel Springs by Villa World.
